You might notice that things are looking a little different around here.
For the last few months, we’ve been talking about how our website wasn’t working for us anymore. It was just a store. It didn’t reflect the people we are and the excitement we have for the food we create.
That’s why I’m happy to peacock our brand new website!
My biggest beef with the old site was it didn’t allow our tried and true fans or newcomers to get a real sense of the guts of the company or the every day hustle that is the heart & soul of Chunky Pig. I asked our designer to create a place where you can learn about how we came to be, our standards, our players and the stellar food community, in both the Bay and across the country, that help Chunky Pig thrive.
Here are some of the things we’re planning to share on these pages:
- Sneak peeks at Chunky Pig Production;
- Upcoming events and new places where you can get your Chunky Pig fix;
- Limited edition product releases, sales, and offers;
- Culinary tips and delicious recipes (expect plenty of pig and blurred lines between salty and sweet!)
- Lots of photos!
It’s a thrilling time to be a craft food producer in the US and we’re lucky to get to work with many really creative artisanal platforms from the Left to Right Coast, so we also plan show them off! We want to tell you about the innovative things they are doing, and how they are working to drive this culinary revolution in country that favors mass production. We want to show you what each of our partners is doing to turn the tide.
Take a look around and give us your feedback. Leave us a shout out below, or contact us directly any time--we want to hear from you!
Thank you for sharing the #ChunkyPigLove!
